As we are entering into a new paradigm in the midst of the world’s pandemic, we see a huge change happening and all I have written yesterday already seems obsolete.

A paradigm is a basic set of principles believed by the scientific community. When there is a revolutionary change in these beliefs, it is called a paradigm shift.

paradigm shift, a concept identified by the American physicist and philosopher Thomas Kuhn, is a fundamental change in the basic concepts and experimental practices of a scientific discipline. Kuhn presented his notion of a paradigm shift in his influential book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions (1962).

A New Level of Thinking Albert Einstein observed:

“The Significant Problems We Face Cannot Be Solved At The Same Level Of Thinking We Were At When We Created Them.”

The most significant shift is from the geocentric world view to the heliocentric world view. The geocentric model states that the Sun and the planets move around the Earth. The heliocentric model has the Sun in the center, and the Earth orbits the Sun. Sure, the textbooks all say that the solar system is heliocentric.

Paradigms are powerful because they create the lens through which we see the world. It’s like a light that is lit and all of a sudden there is the aha moment.

When there is a new insight you cannot continue learning things the old way by cramming our memory with endless useless information.

New insights bring new light and open up more possibilities and abilities for us as a human being. Even while society isn’t conscious yet of the change, or don’t want to spend the money and energy they keep going and ignoring the change. They still try to cram us through the old school, but if you realize the road map has changed from North to South to East to West you will find ourselves at a roadblock. And no matter how hard we try to overcome the roadblock, if society doesn’t follow, it becomes hardship.

It is only now we discover that we as humans have the power to create change, as each individual has magnetic power, whether it’s negative or positive. When we go through life with a positive attitude everything else around us will follow. That’s the way of the world, and the media knows that trying to influence our thoughts and emotions by bringing bad news and advertise products that make us feel inferior or are hazardous to our health. When you are still on that wrong path the right new path, we will show you the way, or at least point the right direction.

In the late eighties, I had the honor to be part of insightful discussions about the new paradigm with a small group of philosophers in New York City. For years, we met early mornings in Jim Walls Studio or walking through Greenwich Village, discussing all that the eye could “see,” but especially what it could not see and why. The discussions were about the visible and the invisible. About the limitations, we have at this stage of our human evolution. At that time, we did not know the nineties would give us the answers and that the discoveries of the visible would be further discovered and understood more widely.

The current virus outbreak is starting to give us answers as the world is opening up to the fact that the world around us needs to change. But first: we have to change as we are the change. Deepak Chopra and other contemporaries live by that knowledge and understand the power of the invisible world, the world you and I will get closer to and realize that the energy for change is readily available. It’s just a matter of learning where to look to find it.

I am sure you have never seen electrical power because it is invisible; only the result lights up a light bulb or two.

It comes with the understanding that the power of energy gives us the ability to manifest our intentions when we go into a state of meditation or self-hypnosis, that being similar to plugging into the network.  But in the first place, you need to figure out what you want, process it over time, visualize it, and realize it. It is your belief system that makes you who you are and what you can receive. If you worry about money, you will have financial troubles; if you believe and trust you will have enough, you always will have enough to pay your bills at the end of the month.

It’s the power of the supernatural; you reap what you harvest; what you think is what you are and will have. If you don’t want to believe in it, it’s your choice and your loss; If you do, you will have health, wealth and happiness for the rest of your life.

Simply use your willpower and courage to immerse yourself in this belief that is taking ground in this fast-changing world. It has reached and already is in the DNA of the new generations. It is within them where it still lies less dormant the power of being supernatural in the spirit of how the world is developing. Latent in the older generation because it is a subject not understood yet by the majority of people. But because the corona virus has made the world come to a standstill that people have time to introspect and discover themselves and what is really important in life than just work and making money.

If the old paradigm thinkers and actors hold up progress, it will especially hold up the development and the future of humankind. Every step in this Divine Intelligence Process (DIP) is based on neuroscience. For example, our conditioned brains can be changed by releasing the old limiting beliefs that have wired our brains to mediocrity over time.

Neuroscience shows us that the brain is neuro-plastic, meaning any conditioning to the brain can always be changed or reversed, allowing us to return to our original if we wanted to (Dr. Jayne Gardner).

The young generation already understands this belief system, and that’s why they can’t believe the world the way it is. They are in turmoil and disbelief about us grown-ups. Young people usually don’t have the power to create change until young kids like Suzuki and Greta showed up to demand our attention.

Post-Millennials live in a culture of choice, self-actualization, and freedom of expression. Some are eclectic, creating their spirituality from elements of various religious or spiritual traditions: yoga, angels, or Native American dreamcatchers, or even secular culture like Harry Potter.

The way the world behaves is like it has a Mute Syndrome, except it is not in speech but in perception. Selective Mutism (SM) is an anxiety disorder in which a person who is usually capable of speech cannot speak in specific situations or to particular people. There is also “selective perception,” it is the tendency not to notice and quickly forget things that cause emotional discomfort that challenge our prior beliefs.  Environmental problems are an uncomfortable feeling because you fear it might take up time or cost you money, so you ignore them and hope it goes away.

It’s the same when you are smoking, you know it kills, and you continue smoking.

You know how bad fatty foods are for you, but you still consume them. You know negative thoughts attract adverse effects for you and the people around you. There are plenty of examples out there, and you know it. You just ignore them and get on with your life. It’s not that you are fearless, you are ignorantly accepting the truth and returning to your comfort zone, hopefully unnoticed.  You think you haven’t caused any trouble, even though the consequences caused humiliation, social rejection, a bad reputation or even death.

Don’t drown yourself and be humiliated by a big wave of environmental problems created by your actions. These problems, after all, don’t concern us. They are someone else’s problems, and if we don’t do anything about it, nobody notices; because it is not me who is mute, it is everybody else.

Kuhn used the duck-rabbit visual illusion, made famous by Wittgenstein. This drawing demonstrates how a paradigm shift could cause one to see the same in an entirely different way.

When I was showing this image to my team each saw it different some the same but it clarifies that everybody sees things through different eyes. Some saw the duck first other the rabbit. On the second image, they saw either the old lady looking to the left, or the young girl with her back to the viewer.

All observations of the physical world around us are an interaction between the observer and the observed, and we will never really know what others are seeing.  There are so many filters of life experience and expectancy of what we perceive. If there is no observer, there is no observation or Universe as we see it. If we observe it with the limited capacity we are using, we have limited access, and time has come to subscribe to the premium version for free to see both worlds.

A scientific revolution occurs, according to Kuhn, when scientists encounter abnormalities that cannot be explained by the universally accepted paradigm within which scientific progress was made.

It is a fundamental change in the basic concepts of a scientific discipline, and the willingness of us to see, believe, and practice what has been proven.

A fundamental change had to happen as the puzzle doesn’t fit anymore, and it seems that time has come. But in society, things don’t change fast; it is a long and rational process for those naysayers who want to hold on to the old paradigm. But what people as individuals need to understand is that the world needs them to make the change and not wait for society, religion, or government to do something about it.

We, as individuals, create the demand, and we have the power to pay for things we want. We, as humans, can bring about that change once we understand we have that power and use it for the good of the people and the world around us. This process is all part of the new paradigm that we look at it the opposite way. Not us waiting, is not about them but us, we are the change-makers. We have the power to buy or not to buy do or not to do.

Changing what has already been written and believed to be correct is a long process to change.

Educational systems are based on that old paradigm that is ruling society. It’s only because of a happy few who dominate because they want to keep their privileges, not only dominate over society but unlucky so over the destiny of our world. Women are still raped, mistreated, threatened, and humiliated daily all around the world. Entitled humans continue this way, and by making use of their positions, keep those privileges to our disadvantage and crippling the planet.

As generations progress, more men have softened their hunter-gatherer principles and changed their ways. It is beautiful to see their empathy towards humanity and less interest in power and at decreased levels of ego. It is lovely to witness this positive mutation and live in today’s paradigm and see this happen.  Our paradigm has shifted from, “what can you do for ME to: “what can I do for YOU.”

In my old paradigm, as described before, I began to (wrongfully) generalize my environment as not professional, not loyal, untrustworthy, lacking commitment, and so on. I was unable to see these incredibly outstanding, kindhearted, empathetic, selfless individuals!) through the appropriate lens.

It is through this lens I would like to see the world and create a positive aura around me and be an ambulant influencer. Change the old paradigm and shift to the positive.

There is so much good news and progress in science that gets less attention because most people are addicted to bad news.

We owe it to each other to live our lives in humanity and not be humiliated by mountains of plastic created by ourselves and the ignorant.

“Elegance is achieved when all that is excessive has been discarded, and luxury comes after the first necessities have been consumed. That is when the human being discovers simplicity and concentration: the simpler and more sober the posture, the more beautiful it will be.”

– Paulo Coelho

At Escape Nomade, we are advocates of “the new luxury”- A way of living where walls exist only when they need to… where we build our spaces around us… and where being in close contact with nature gives us energy to do all we want to.

At our Sanctuary near Ubud in Bali, a living wall stretches as far as you can see, while you are reclining either on a picnic blanket, a mat, a mattress, or a comfortable lounge chair to gaze at the view. Close to nature from where the energies connect to your body and soul and are grounding you to your nature, your origin.

Our “Living without Walls” concept is living in style in romantic elegance with grace and charm with empathy, faith, and trust that all is well. It is a Living Space in Nature with Integrated Lifecycle design, leaving the smallest imaginary footprint.
