La Casa Modular lightweight design is elevated on steel stilts, minimizing ground contact and coming in 3 sizes: 45, 75, and 100 square meters over two floors. In La Casa Modulars, we created the Nusantara Contemporary interior line, inspired by Indonesian traditional crafts to harmoniously complement the overall design of the house.
La Casita is a charming hideaway designed for those who value intimate stylish living. This 45-square-meter space is perfect for vacation homes, guest houses, or small-scale businesses, offering a cozy atmosphere with a dedicated room, a modern spacious bathroom, and a multipurpose loft for 2-4 people.
La Finca completes essential living needs, offering two options: Living and Accommodation. Both offer a spacious 75-square-meter layout designed for versatility and comfort. Each La Finca features an open main bedroom, a multipurpose mezzanine, a bathroom, a cozy lounge area, and a spacious veranda. The La Finca Living model also includes a modern kitchen, completing everyday living. Whether used for accommodation or a full-time residence or small-sized business, La Finca seamlessly blends style and functionality for 2-4 people.
La Residencia represents sophisticated, expansive living for larger groups of 2-4+ people, offering 1 or 2 bedroom type. This luxurious residence features a private room complete with an en-suite bathroom, providing ultimate comfort and privacy. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area offer a space for culinary delights and intimate gatherings, while the upstairs area provides versatility for various activities or relaxation such as another living or sleeping zone or balcony.
